We want you to love your Jones Road products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items that don't meet your expectations. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be lightly used or unopened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase history.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
